Who we are
AlphaWolf Technology ("we") provides safety and security software to organisations ("customers"). This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights. Contact: info@alphawolf-technology.com.
Data we process
- Website visitors: contact-form details you submit and basic technical logs.
- Customer accounts: names, work emails and roles of the people a customer authorises to use our apps.
- Data inside the apps: visitor, staff, incident, asset and event records entered by our customers. For this data the customer is the controller and we process it only on their instructions.
Why we process it
To provide and secure the service, to respond to requests, to bill (through our payment partner Paddle) and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer data for advertising.
Where data is stored
In the region chosen by the customer, or on the customer's own server where they host the software themselves. Backups are encrypted.
Retention
Customer data is retained for the life of the subscription and deleted or returned within 30 days of termination on request. Contact-form data is deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing info@alphawolf-technology.com. If you are an end user of a customer's deployment, please contact that organisation first.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, whose privacy policy applies to payment details. We never store card numbers; we receive only your name, email and the status of your subscription.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
